Capitol Hill

This project was a full-gut renovation of a rowhome located in Washington DC’s historic Capitol Hill neighborhood. The home was carefully renovated to preserve historic details while creating a new floorplan to work for a young family. The first floor was opened up entirely with the addition of a bay window and french patio doors. On the second floor we reworked the floorplan to allow for a second bathroom, walk in closets and a lofted play area.
